Marlene Tidwell
A native of Tennessee, growing up on a farm in a rural town, Marlene Edwards Tidwell first discovered her passion for writing in elementary school.
With excitement, she worked diligently on every writing assignment her teacher gave. Often, she gathered her notebook and supplies and headed to the front porch to be inspired by the beauty that greeted her.
From the edge of the porch, she dreamed and dared to pen the language of her heart to paper.
